Terms and Conditions
Rooms are subject to availability and will be confirmed in writing.
We cannot reserve a room without a deposit.
A deposit must be received within 14 days of a provisional booking being made.
The proprietors regret they cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property howsoever caused and shall not be liable in respect thereof.
As we cater for families and couples we do not accept bookings for groups or parties of people.
ALL ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE FROM 2PM ONWARDS ON DAY OF ARRIVAL AND MUST BE VACATED BY 10AM ON DAY OF DEPARTURE
Cancellation Policy
You are reminded that a booking is a legally binding contract and we therefore advise you to take out holiday insurance to cover you for any unforseen eventualities.
If, for any reason, you have to cancel or shorten your stay with us, the following charges will apply:
